Order sequencing for a unique view of your repeat customer behavior

The Order Sequencing Analysis is a report unique to Repeat Customer Insights.

It shows a view of your customer data you've probably never seen before, but it can be confusing to look at the first time.

The goal of this report is to show you how your customer's behavior changes the longer they are a customer. It makes the behavior differences between one-time customers and repeat customers very clear.

Order Sequencing example

What is does is put the customer's orders in order from first to last order. Then it analyzes them and groups all of the same order number together.

Meaning all of the first orders for customers are analyzed. Then their second orders. Then their third.

The report then lists out each of those order numbers, the metrics, and customer behavior it detected.

By segmenting your customers this way, you're able to clearly see how a customer behaves at each step of their lifecycle.

Shopify's reports mix-up this information so your historical data gets muddy and near impossible to analyze. Not so with Repeat Customer Insights.

By scanning down the sequence you can start to see how the behavior changes as customers buy more and more often from your store.
