Monday Morning Metrics is a week-by-review report that shows what's happened in your store last week.
It's emailed out every Monday morning (around 7 am Pacific Time) and you can have it sent to multiple people automatically.
It lists how many orders were from new customers compared to how many were from repeat customers, including the total amounts for each.
It also includes the week's Average Order Value and Repeat Purchase Rate so you can compare them to how your store performs overall. e.g. AOV increased last week.
The Customer Highlights section will list a few of the most loyal customers who placed orders that week. Reaching out and contacting them is a low-cost, high-impact tactic that could easily pay-off.
You can opt-out of the email report at any time, you'll still be able to use the web-version of it in the app. Just make sure to check before next Monday when the report resets.
