I need to do this because my plan of what's outside doesn't match up with the reality. Some plants that should have lived through the cold have died.
This is also a good time to evaluate how your winter holiday customers behaved. Did your October/November/December customers respond how you were expecting? What campaigns and offers worked well?
That sort of thing.
